1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry until golden brown. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until no linger pink.
2. Add zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, peanut satay sauce and fish sauce; stir fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
