Avocado slaw – Swaziland
Serves 4
1. Add the lemon juice, ginger and salt to a large serving bowl and mix well.
2. Add the avocado and toss gently to mix thoroughly.
3. Allow to marinate as room temperature for 20 minutes, sprinkle with the chopped peanuts and serve.
