Sukuma wiki – Kale and tomato warm salad – East Africa
Serves 2-4
1. Heat up oil in a pot and add the onions. Stir well and saute for a bit.
2. Add tomato and saute.
3. Add sukuma and saute for a short time.
4. Add 1/2 cup water and then salt to taste. Let the mixture simmer until the sukuma has reached a desired tenderness.
5. Serve warm with ugali or chapati.
