Serves 1-2
1. For the sniffing salt & in a little butter the diced chicken and vegetables.
2. Take it off the heat and add the egg and the seasoning let it cool out.
3. Flatten the chicken breast and season lightly, spread the spinach leaves over the breast, add the cool stuffing and roll tile chicken breast.
4. Bread with the almonds and walnuts and bake it in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. We suggest serving it with a light mushroom sauce.
