Serves 2-3
1. First put all the ingredients except the vegetable oil in a large bowl. Toss and let marinate in the fridge for 3 or 4 hours.
2. Transfer into a pot and add just enough water to cover.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
4. Cover and let simmer until the meat is tender.
5. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
6. Remove the meat from the pot with a slotted spoon and fry it in the oil until it’s golden brown all over.
