1. Cook the shrimps in water and salt and peel them. Keep the heads and the cooking water.
2. Fry the sliced onion, the chopped garlic cloves, chopped tomatoes, sliced plantains, cassava, potatoes cut into cubes and the chili in the olive oil. Fry the shrimps in this pot for a few minutes.
3. Smash the shrimps’ heads, mix in the cooking water. Add to the pot with the vegetables and shrimps. Cook until it becomes a thick broth and serve.
