Serves 4
1. In a dry non-stick frying pan toast the semolina gently, stirring constantly, until lightly and evenly golden brown in colour.
2. Divide between four small serving dishes.
3. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in the honey and orange blossom water.
4. Pour over the toasted semolina, sprinkle over the ground cinnamon, garnish with the toasted almonds and serve immediately.
