Ingredients

  • 1 lobster
  • Butter, to dot
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh chilies, pounded to a paste, to taste

Directions

1. Cut the lobster in half lengthways and remove the gut.

2. Dot both halves with butter and season to taste with salt and chilli paste.

3. Place the lobster, shell side down, on a pre-heated barbecue and cook for about 20 minutes, or until just done through.

4. When the lobster is cooked, dot with a little more butter.
