Serves 4
1. Combine the prawns, onion and chillies in a pan with a little water.
2. Simmer gently for about 6 minutes or until the onions are tender and the prawns are cooked.
3. Add the okra, bitter tomatoes and red palm oil with a few tablespoons of water.
4. Bring to a simmer, cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes, or until all the ingredients are tender.
