Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp whole black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Chinese oyster flavored sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless pork chops
  • Sweet red chili sauce

Directions

1. Place garlic, cilantro and peppercorns in blender or use mortar and pestle. Pulse or grind into a thick paste. Spoon into large bowl. Add oyster flavored sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Add pork; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

3. Broil or grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Serve pork with chili sauce.
