Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 6 tbsp salted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/8 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to an 350 degrees temperature.

2. Now cut up the pineapple. Cream the butter with the sugar then add the eggs.

3. Now mix the yeast with the flour and water.

4. Now add the flour mixture to the the butter,sugar and eggs.

5. Stir in the bananas and pineapple.

6. Bake for 45 minutes.
