Serves 4
1. Peel and pit the avocados then chop the flesh.
2. Place in a blender with the tomato flesh, onion, garlic, 60ml lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
3. Process until the mixture is smooth.
4. Mound the mixture in the centre of a serving dish.
5. Flake the tuna and arrange around the avocado mixture.
6. Garnish with slices of lemon and serve.
