Ingredients

 

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 3/4 pt milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • About 6 ripe guavas, sieved
  • 2 oz sugar for meringue

Directions

1. Mix together egg yolk and milk.

2. Add sugar and guavas.

3. Cover with meringue made of beaten egg whites and 2 oz sugar.

4. Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees F until brown.
