Ingredients

  • 1 lb boiled yucca cut into 1/2 inch wedges
  • 1 quart canola or peanut oil for frying

Directions

1. Fry the yucca in a deep fat fryer or in a skillet, in several batches, for about 2-3 minutes each.

2. Blot on paper towels and serve hot.
