Serves 6
1. Season the fish fillets with the garlic, salt, white pepper and the juice of 2 lemons and the zest of 1 lemon juice then dust liberally with flour.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the fish fillets and fry until nicely browned on both sides and cooked through.
3. Wash the lettuce and drain then arrange in a bowl with the tomato, bell pepper and onion. Add the juice of 2 lemons, season with salt and drizzle over olive oil to taste.
4. Serve the salad to accompany the fried fish.
