1. Use a fine grater to grate the corn from the cobs. Put in a fine-meshed strainer and press the juice through with the back of a spoon. Combine the maize juice with the milk in a pan.
2. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. At this point add the coconut milk and the sugar (about 5 tbsp sugar should suffice, but add to taste) and continue cooking for a few minutes more.
3. When the milk mixture is very thick divide between two bowls and set aside to cool. Transfer to the refrigerator and cool for 2 hours. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top and serve.
