Serves 4
1. Combine the oil, passata and onion in a pan.
2. Season then bring to a boil.
3. Add the fish steaks along with the okra, carrots, cabbage and beans.
4. Cover an reduce to a simmer then cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the rice and cook for a further 25 minutes, until the rice is done.
6. Serve immediately, placing the fish steaks on top of the rice.
