Serves 2-3
1. Mix hot water and vegetable broth in large, non-stick frying pan; bring to a boil.
2. Add beans and vegetables and simmer for 5-10 minutes., until celery is slightly soft.
3. Mix jerk sauce with 1 tsp water and stir in.
4. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add corn starch and stir until thickened.
6. Serve over rice.
