Ingredients

  • 6 conchs
  • 1 large onion, thyme
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions

1. Chop conch and onion in a food processor; put in a bowl with other ingredients and water to form a soft spoonable mixture.

2. Fry by dropfuls in hot oil.
