Serves 4-6
1. Heat the oil, add the onion and garlic, fry until glazed
2. Add the masala powder under stirring
3. Immediately after this, the chicken with the peppers (optional), sugar and salt (to taste)
4. Stir and add water (the chicken should just be covered)
5. Cook with medium heat until tender
6. Serve with white rice, potato masala and string beans, pumpkin or cabbage as a vegetable.
