Caribbean – (Chinese inspired)
Serves 4-6
1. Boil the noodles in salted water for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under running water.
2. Coat with cooking spray to prevent them from sticking together.
3. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
4. Add the noodles, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and MSG, stirring all the time.
5. Stir in the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, then heat through.
