Serves 4
1. Heat a little oil in a pot, add the bell pepper and fry for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
2. Cut the chicken meat into pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Add to the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, or until almost done.
4. Chop the onions and add to the pot. Cook for 4 minutes more then add the juice of the lemons. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes more.
