Serves 4-6
1. Bring a pan of lightly-salted water to a boil.
2. Add the sorghum grains and cook for about 30 minutes, or until tender.
3. Drain in a colander, rinse under cold, running water and set aside.
4. In a frying pan, heat the oil.
5. Add the bacon and chicken and fry for about 6 minutes or until the meat begins to brown.
6. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and add a little water if needed.
7. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
8. Stir in the sorghum and allow to heat through.
9. Turn into a warmed dish and serve immediately.
