Stewed Corned Beef

Directions

1. Cook sofrito in olive oil.

2. Add alcaparrado, tomato sauce, water, & potato.

3. Simmer for about five minutes.

4. Add beef, salt and pepper.

5. This should be watery – may add more water is needed.
