Serves 2-4
1. In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water, add the lime juice and crush in the hot peppers.
2. In a shallow dish, combine the cornmeal, salt and seasonings.
3. Dip the shrimps into the egg mixture and roll in the corn meal until completely coated.
4. Pour the oil into a deep-fat fryer or deep pot and heat.
5. Fry the shrimps until golden brown. Drain on a wire rack and serve.
