Serves 4-5
1. Peel the breadfruit and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, sieve and season.
2. Melt the margarine, add water and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and beat over a gentle heat until mixture forms a ball.
3. Remove from the heat. Beat in the eggs until the mixture becomes elastic.
4. Add the breadfruit and cheese.
5. Put into a large forcing (icing) bag fitted with a plain nozzle. Pipe ½ inch lengths into hot oil and cook until golden brown.
