Ingredients

  • 2 cauliflower heads
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Pepper, as needed
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Optional: You can add tomatoes, onions, and hot pepper

Directions

1. Cook the cauliflower heads in water with plenty of salt, let boil until they are soft. Drain and let cool.

2. Cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces and add salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. This salad can be served hot.
