Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lbs ground chicken or boneless chicken, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Red chile, seeded and sliced
  • Cooked rice

Serves 2-3

Directions

1. Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned.

2. Add onion, fish sauce, sugar and chile; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

3. Serve with cooked rice.
