Serves 2-3
1. Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned.
2. Add onion, fish sauce, sugar and chile; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Serve with cooked rice.
