Serves 2-3
1. Peel bananas, then spread each ham slice with mustard and wrap the bananas in the ham. Melt butter, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
2. Remove from heat and gradually stir in the milk, a little at a time. Add cheese and return to heat.
3. Cook, stirring until sauce is smooth and thick.
4. Arranged the ham wrapped bananas in a shallow, greased casserole dish. Pour over the sauce and bake in a moderate oven at Gas mark 5 for 10 – 15 mins.
