Serves 1-2
1. Whisk together in a small bowl the dressing ingredients.
2. Combine in a large bowl the bell pepper, mango and avocado and pour the dressing over.
3. Toss gently to combine.
4. Set the greens onto a large plate and pour the salad over.
5. Garnish with herbs of choice.
