Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 9oz of pork, smoked then cut up in bite-size pieces
  • 5 cups of rice, cooked
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp  of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp of monosodium glutamate
  • Chinese cinnamon (optional)

Serves 4-5

Directions

1. In a large skillet, heat up the vegetable oil.

2. Once the oil is hot, brown the pork that you already smoked for approximately 3-5 minutes.

3. Add the eggs to the skillet and proceed to continue frying for 3 minutes. Stir the ingredients regularly.

4. Add the prepared rice, sesame oil, the soy sauce and just a little cinnamon to the skillet. Stir all the ingredients until they are blended well.

5. Place the contents on a serving plate and enjoy.
