Garnaches – Belize
Serves
1. Mash or blend cooked beans, season and fry (set aside)
2. Grate cheese. Set aside. Grate carrot
3. Shred cabbage and onion and put carrot and cabbage in small bowl with vinegar
4. Fry tortillas. Put beans on refried tortilla
5. Cover with cabbage, onions and carrots. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
