Patient’s soup – Caribbean
Serves 3-4
1. Wash the meat in water and lemon.
2. Cut the meat into cubes and put it, together with the bones, in a large saucepan with the water and beef bouillon tablets.
3. Put it to boil until the meat is almost tender.
4. Scoop out the scum as the meat cooks.
5. When the meat is almost tender add onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, and spaghetti.
6. Let it boil on a medium heat until the carrots and potatoes are tender.
