Entrada de cordero – Peru
Serves 4
1. Season the lamb with salt and pepper and fry it in hot oil.
2 Once the lamb is golden brown add the onions, tomatoes, oregano bell pepper, green beans, kernels of corn, carrots and the beans.
3. Pour water over all of the ingredients and continue to cook the lamb until tender (about 1 hour)
4. Add the cooked potatoes to the mix.
5. Serve with steamed potatoes.
