Serves 4-6
1. Large bowl stewing chicken add soy sauce and vinegar,onions and garlic,lemon juice and half cup of water, Black pepper and garlic powder.
2. Mix well and let sit for one hour.
3. Taste the mixture see if right for your taste and then cook at a slow temp.
4. Leave cover of pot on for the first 20 minutes
5. Mix in the crushed peppers and remove and let cook without the cover for another 30 minutes at low heat.
6. Add green onions 3 minutes before you turn off pot.
