Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 slices of ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 can of hearts of palms, chopped
  • 1/2 can of corn
  • 1/2 can of peas
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (you can omit it, if you can’t eat green peppers for any reason)
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup of green olives
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise (sprinkle with garlic salt before adding the mayo)

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

2. If mangoes are in season, add one chopped mango.
