Ingredients

  • 2 cups cassava
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100g  grace hello soft margarine
  • 3/4 cup  grace evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Grate cassava and coconut, melt grace hello soft margarine.

2. Mix all ingredients, blend well.

3. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until firm and done.
