Serves 4
1. Cut the goat ribs into pieces and season with the salt.
2. Barbecue the ribs for about 10 minutes per side, then place a cast iron skillet on the barbecue.
3. When hot, melt the goat fat, add the onions and the goat ribs and cook for about 6 minutes, or until the onion is golden.
