Serves 4
1. Place the avocado flesh and the stock in a blender and process until smooth then add the lime juice, yoghurt and tabasco sauce.
2. Process then season with salt and black pepper.
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour to ensure the soup is properly chilled.
4. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish with a very thin slice of lime and a dash of tabasco sauce.
