Serves 2
1. Wash and simmer bones for one and a half hours.
2. Clean and cut up meat. Peel and wash cassava.
3. Add meat and cassava to stock.
4. Simmer until cassava is soft, remove, and pound it.
5. Prepare seasonings and lightly fry them with shrimps.
6. Add seasonings, shrimps, and cassava to soup and boil until thick.
7. Serve with pounded plantain.
