Serves 4-5
1. Peel the breadfruit and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well, add flour and knead together lightly.
2. Separately, mix the chopped onion, pepper, garlic, celery, eschallot and minced meat together.
3. Add salt and pepper and fry in hot oil.
4. Roll out the breadfruit mixture on floured board. Cut into 2 inch squares. Put filling in the centre, fold over and seal.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
