Serves 2-3
1. Shell the prawns and wash well with lime or lemon juice. Remove the black line along the back.
2. Steep for about 2 hours with salt, lemon or lime juice and garlic powder.
3. Boil for about 10 minutes. Do not overcook or prawns will become rubbery.
4. Drain, cool and arrange on a dish around a bowl of dip.
